Art Mikhelson was one of the most professional and accomidating loan officers I have ever dealth with, and I have financed a few properties in the past. His "always there" assisting presence is great, and his team is exceptional. Wow!

From the start of the whole loan process, Art was professional, courteous, prompt, and totally concerned with our needs and what was best for us. He got us a great rate and really good terms. I would refer Art to friends, family members and colleagues. Allied should be happy be have someone as talented as Art in its company. If and when we ever buy a new house or do another re-fi, we would only talk to Art.
