Art Mikhelson is the best loan officer we have ever worked with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and is very customer service oriented. He worked diligently to ensure I received the best and lowest rate possible. He is also extremely responsive and always makes himself available to answer any questions that I had. Art delivered on every promise including the rate and closing timeframe. The best part.... WE CLOSED IN JUST 10 DAYS!!! Yes I said 10 days. From application to closing! This was the best refinance experience I have ever had. The closing agent Steve came to our house and made the entire process fun instead of boring. I could not be happier with the entire process.
