Super customer service!

Art was a pleasure to work with! While it wasn't expected of him, he responded on weekends and after normal business hours when we would ask questions. He also followed-up to ensure we recieved requests for information and confirmed when any of the information had been received. He made our refi so much less stressful than it could have been by keeping us so well informed. He was attentive and interested in us throughout the entire process- even after the closing docs were signed. :)

I don't know if 8,000 characters is enough space to convey how pleased I am with having Art as my loan officer. To say that Art was prompt is an understatement. He was well-prepared, organized and efficient. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and even after our loan funded.
