Always Responsive, Professional, and Accurate

I found Art through the Lending Tree website when I was looking to refinance my home loan. He made it his objective to ensure the refinance process went smooth and stress free. Even though we never met face-to-face I feel like he took care of my loan package like I was one of his family members. I would certainly recommend him to everyone I know.

Super customer service!

Art was a pleasure to work with! While it wasn't expected of him, he responded on weekends and after normal business hours when we would ask questions. He also followed-up to ensure we recieved requests for information and confirmed when any of the information had been received. He made our refi so much less stressful than it could have been by keeping us so well informed. He was attentive and interested in us throughout the entire process- even after the closing docs were signed. :)
