Re-Finance
Art was very professional and extremely timely in responding to any questions that I had. He worked very hard to get the loan processed as timely as possible always keeping a positive attitude. (it was not necessarily an easy loan to process). Art kept me informed throughout the entire process. The loan was delayed in closing a couple of times, but it was for lack of effort by Art, and it was beyond his control.
