Art was professional, courteous, and helpful through the whole process. He really seemed to bend over backwards in walking us through and gathering the needed paperwork to complete our refinance. This guy worked around the clock for us.

Re-Finance
Art was very professional and extremely timely in responding to any questions that I had. He worked very hard to get the loan processed as timely as possible always keeping a positive attitude. (it was not necessarily an easy loan to process). Art kept me informed throughout the entire process. The loan was delayed in closing a couple of times, but it was for lack of effort by Art, and it was beyond his control.
