Allen is the man, simple as that. He worked closely with me through the entire mortgage process, and even took the time to follow up after everything was done. He's a very up front and honest person, and I would trust and recommend him to everybody.

My Second Home Loan - Thanks Mr. Trochowski!

I have never had a quick response from a lender in returning my phone calls. Mr. Allen Trochowski was always available to speak with me or returned my call immediately, even after hours and on the weekend if it was necessary. I was very impressed with his knowledge of every question I asked and of Texas laws as well. Mr. Trochowski had my paper work on my home loan to me the very next day. I signed all of the papers and returned the paper work to him. My loan was processed in one day. I will always do business concerning my home loans with him in the future. Mr. Trochowski was dedicated to me and my loan until it was finished. I still call to ask specific information concerning home loans today. Thank you Allen for making it easy for me.

Fantastic Experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Allen! He was always quick to respond, had a laid back personality and made the process of buying a home seem less daunting! Our loan process ended up taking longer due to switching loan types in the middle of everything but Allen kept us positive and reassured us all the way! He is extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage industry and he answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. We were first time home buyers so all of the terms, conditions, paperwork, etc. was very confusing to us but he never hesitated to provide us explanations. Best Loan Originator Out There!!

There is so much I can say about Allen Trochowski. I mentioned in my Title that Allen is the best Loan Originator out there and I stand firmly by that remark. I've purchased several properties over the years and have worked with many Loan Officers. I wish I would have had Allen from the very first transaction. His loyalty is unmatchable. He makes you feel like you are the only one he is working with, even if he is balancing several transactions at one time. You email Allen, he emails right back. You call Allen, he calls right back. You text Allen, he texts right back. He keeps you fully informed and takes the time to explain everything throughout the process. He takes the stress out of the home buying experience. In fact, strangely enough; after everything is complete and the papers are signed, you miss the process, because throughout the process you gain a friend. Thanks for always being there Allen.
