Great experience with refinancing our home.

Adam Sage was very professional and kept us informed as our refinance progressed. I would recommend Adam to anyone interested in a mortgage loan or refinancing their home.

Nice but lacking consistent communication

We had some issues with the time it took to close on this loan. I can't say it was Adam's fault, more likely on the lender side. However, I do believe it is the job of Adam to be continuously on top of the progress of the overall process and in that I'm not sure he did the best job he could have done. The closing took about a month longer than it should have. Again, not directly related to Adam but he should have been putting pressure on the other parties involved who were the cause of the delay. And if he was doing that, we didn't know it. So communication with the client should have been better, even if to say "I've called them, I've emailed them, etc.". Something that would have put us more at ease throughout the process. We thought at the end before we closed we were getting the run around. It was frustrating. Honesty is always the best policy. Even if its not the answer the person wants to hear. Better communication from Adam would have completely changed the outcome of this review. He is very nice, pleasant to speak with and I think over time he will be better and better.

Home loan refinance

Adam was very responsive to all of our questions and he made the process extremely easy and customer friendly. There were some minor fixes which delayed the loan, but the overall experience was great.
