I had a very complicated and unique situation surrounding my loan. And, even though my loan involved a substantial more amount of work, precision, and attention Adam was incredible. Adam was consistently dedicated to all aspects. He dealt with the other parties lawyer, communicated each step with the other party, and returned all calls and emails within minutes. I have never met someone with such drive, motivation, and work ethic. Adam went above and beyond, it is not part of a loan officers job description to be empathic, caring and understanding but he was from the first conversation we had. Adam demonstrated excellent judgement, constantly executed advanced critical/problem solving skills, and carried himself in the utmost professional manner. Adam has highly advanced people skills, he proved throughout our dealings his innate sense of how the parties involved would respond and expertly diffused situations. He was accurate and thoughtful in terms of information provided at all times. He is an exemplary worker. He had extensive knowledge and the ability to explain each step of the process. What I truly appreciated was Adam's patience and his tireless and selfless advocacy on my behalf. His boundless energy and enthusiasm made working with Adam an absolute privilege. I gave Americash only a "good" rating for Rate and Fees & Closing Cost because due to the complication of my refi I was unable to receive the exemption for the closing costs even though this dealt with a title transfer between immediate family. That falls more on the title company's responsibilities but felt if Americash works with this title company so closely they should have been able to do more without me having to pay out extra on the fees and closing cost.
